Polish Heritage Festival

Cezary Gawel
General Chairman
2005 Polish Heritage Festival

Welcome to the 33rd annual Polish Heritage Festival in Holmdel, NJ.

As chairman of this year's festival, I would like to thank all who were able to come out today to celebrate our Polish Heritage. For thirty three years, the purpose of this festival has been to unite those in our community and to share our common roots with those around us. Many of us were born in Poland; others were born in the United States. But one thing links us all and that is our rich heritage.

Pope John Paul II was one man who shared our Polish heritage, and was very proud of that fact. He was able to show the world how pure the Polish heart is.

With the passing of our beloved Pope Jon Paul II, we would like to dedicate today's festivities to his memory.

In addition, I would like to thank my executive committee and my family for all their help and support. The festival would not be a success without the hard work of all the members.

Enjoy today and may God bless you all.

Sincerely,
Cezary Gawel
Chairman of the 2005 Polish Heritage Festival
